Based on the 9th-gen Civic chassis, the long-awaited FK2 iteration of Honda‘s flagship Type R launched in 2015, some 3 years after the retirement of its not-so-hot predecessor, the FN2.
It was designed to look how it goes, with the FK2 proving to be a record-breaker, setting fastest class times at various circuits across Europe, and clawing back the crown of being the hottest hatch in the land.
Sadly, wear and tear to the OE rubber bushes has softened this once-marvelled chassis, losing some of its edge and precision. Not ideal when you’ve got 300bhp from the FWD powertrain pulling you around corners.
And with original Honda arms listed at over £700 each, and no replacement bushes being offered, rejuvenation comes at a rather heavy price. Until now…
PFF25-901 Front Wishbone Front Bush uses a CNC machined and plated mild steel shell for better load distribution and our Black 95A bush with a tapered bore design allows for articulation, reducing torque steer while improving steering precision and braking stability.
PFF25-902 Front Wishbone Rear Bush uses our stiffest Black 95A durometer material to restrict wishbone deflection and features a knurled bore for better grease retention.
Both parts come with our unrivalled Lifetime Warranty for added peace of mind.
